Our founder, Gareth Allen, created Superior Recruitment Group is an innovative forward-thinking partner of choice to clients domestically and internationally across a multitude of specialist sectors. Superior have offices in the North East and the Midlands in the United Kingdom as well as Delaware in the United States of America.

Gareth has close to two decades of service in the recruitment sector and after successful roles growing other recruitment business in the UK, Scandinavia, the Middle East, Africa and the United States wanted to bring his global experiences together and create a business that is honest in its approach to dealing with modern day recruitment.

Our vision is to become the Preferred,Professional,Partner of choice to our clients, whilst providing a range of services, we want to tailor a bespoke solution to every client we engage with successfully. With a global network of trusted compliance partners Superior has already provided recruitment, mobility, and payroll solutions to 3 continents and 16 countries.
