Superior Role

Aaron’s role at Superior is to provide support to the Consultant’s to attract and maintain relationships with candidates and clients. This includes speaking with candidates on a daily basis to identify their skills for opportunities, advertising new job vacancies whether they be permanent, contract or temporary placements.

Background

Aaron joins us with over 4 years’ experience working within the Recruitment provision of the apprenticeship and training sector.

Why Recruitment?

I have always had a genuine interest in Recruitment & Sales. From leaving school and joining the industry, I always enjoyed the job satisfaction of helping people into employment and being able to offer to support to clients to enable them to ultimately fill positions they have available.

Why Superior?

After working for a further education training provider where I recruited apprentices for local businesses in the North East, I decided that I wanted a bigger challenge where I could deal with candidates and clients of all different backgrounds and that is when I found my role at Superior.

Outside of recruitment what is it you like to do?

I love to spend time with my family, particularly my nieces (who are always trying to teach me their new dance routines!) and my nephews. I also enjoy travelling and going to concerts and music festivals.

After the craziness of 2020 what do you want to see in 2021?

I am looking forward to learning the ropes of my new role at Superior and to hit my KPI’s, working alongside Phillip, Gareth and Kirsty. On a personal note, I can’t wait until our lives get back to normal to catch up with friends and family.
