Alex joins us a a Trainee Resourcer & Account Manager under the guidance of Heather. Alex's role is to headhunt talent for our clients and guide them through the selection process from start to finish.
Background
For over 5 years I have worked in the customer service sector. I have worked in 2 jobs, one being in the gas and electric industry and the other being Insurance. Prior to this I completed a 1-year apprenticeship in Barbering, upon completing this I realised it wasn’t for me.
Why Recruitment
I love helping people and what better way is there of helping someone than getting them a job? Whether this be a full time or temporary job, there is no better feeling than letting someone know they have gotten the job.
Why Superior
I have been wanting to get into recruitment for a while and when I saw this job advertised, I researched the company and they seemed like an amazing and down to earth company, and they seemed the best fit for me.
Outside of recruitment what is it you like to do
In my spare time I like going to the gym, I also like spending time with my family and taking my dog to the lakes.
After the craziness of lockdown what do you want to see in 2022
I know a lot of people have lost work due to Covid, I want to ensure we get as many people back in to jobs as soon as possible.
