About Andreea

Superior Role

Andreea is our Recruitment Administrator and her role is to assist in registering candidates, compliance checks, social media engagement and to ensure that our database is up to date.



I have a background in marketing and recruitment administration. Within previous roles I have been tasked with reviewing candidates to ensure they are fully compliant based on legal and client requirements; arranging candidate interviews, being the first point of contact for candidates and clients and also managing social media platforms.

I love working in Recruitment as every day is different. Here, I have the opportunity to see people reaching their dreams. Seeing people placed in the right job roles brings me lots of joy and keeps me motivated.

Outside of recruitment what is it you like to do?

I am a mother and wife so I am always busy. In my free time I love travelling and spending quality time with my family.


After the craziness of 2020 what do you want to see in 2021?

In 2021 I see myself learning, learning and learning! I am building my career step by step and I am excited to see what challenges and rewards this year will bring.
