Superior Role
Beckie’s role is to coordinate and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote brand capabilities on a global scale. She understands the pain points of recruitment marketing and is dedicated to delivering well-planned marketing campaigns that provide results for Superior Recruitment.
Background
Beckie joins us with over 8 years experience of working in multi-industries. Graduating in 2013 with a first-class BA (Hons) in Fashion Design degree, which she went on to designing for brands River Island and New Look. Expanding her creativity into Home Textiles she has worked with some of the UK’s largest and best-known homeware brands. Giving her expertise in an ever-changing trend-led market.
In 2019, Beckie undertook a Digital Marketing apprenticeship to re-skill after identifying the need for marketing, after the COVID-19 pandemic rapidly changed how we spend time online. She has extensive experience in branding, advertising, and marketing for new and existing businesses and has a successful track record in refining existing processes in established companies both B2C and B2B.
Why Superior
My main aim is to develop my career within a fast-paced, rapidly growing company. Superior stood out for me after learning about its huge successes but within a noticeably short amount of time. I’m a firm believer that there's never a shortage of work to do somewhere that's growing fast. I have the opportunity to gain experience, explore various parts of the business and develop and transfer my skills, as well as grow with the business. What more could a marketer want?
Outside of work what is it you like to do?
I have a daughter who keeps me busy outside of work, there’s nothing more I enjoy than spending quality with family. I appreciate the small things in life, so spending at home, cooking, cleaning, and being in a quiet space is my ideal way of getting some downtime.
I’m guilty of wasting a lot of hours to screen time! So… if you don’t find me scrolling social media, you’ll find me serial online shopping for clothes I say don’t have enough of!!
