Why Recruitment?
Building strong relationships with clients and candidates and potentially managing to solve both of their problems naturally is a great feeling. I think recruitment has a great platform for progression and being measured against results has been a great motivation for me so far as I am always striving to the best I can be.
Why Superior?
I was looking to take the next step in my career and Superior stood out for me as the outstanding next step, from reading the initial job advert, interview to my first few days I have been very impressed with the set up. I am looking forward to being a part of the progression of Superior over the next few years.
Outside of recruitment what is it you like to do?
When away from work I will often be taking my Labrador out of long walks, I enjoy watching as much football as possible whether that be professional, semi-pro or amateur. I am on the committee of a Wearside League club and occasionally referee on a Sunday morning.
After the craziness of lockdown what do you want to see in 2022?
In 2022 I will be getting married, so I best mention that! I am looking forward to progressing on my initial first year in recruitment and setting new records and achievements for myself personally.
