Gail joins us an Account Manager under the guidance of Heather. Gail's role is to headhunt talent for our clients and guide them through the selection process from start to finish,

​Background

5 years recruitment experience working across a variety of sectors including Customer Service, Automotive, Renewable Energy and Banking. I began my recruitment journey as a Pre-screen Consultant and worked my way up to Team Leader with my previous employer.

Why Recruitment?

 My favourite thing about recruitment is the variety, every day is different, always new people to connect with and support on their future career path.

Why Superior?

I was approached by a recruiter about the position with Superior and after doing some further research, I was really attracted by the company’s core values and testimonials from candidates and clients, it’s a great team to be a part of.

Outside of recruitment what is it you like to do?

I like to get out and about on walks with my dog Frankie, either a nice countryside walk or a fresh walk along the beach. Myself and my partner like to go out and enjoy live music but also very happy having cosy nights in with a good film.

After the craziness of lockdown what do you want to see in 2022?

I am looking forward to being able to travel more freely again and see more of the world. Also, continuing to support more people back into work and a more normal way of life.
