Service Delivery Team Lead
Heather joined the Superior team within the role of Account Manager. In 2022, she has been promoted to Service Delivery Team Lead after demonstrating her exceptional skills, abilities and attitude. Heather will continue to manage key accounts with our clients but she will also be responsible for training, developing and leading our Service Delivery team.
Heather has spent the last 10+ years working within the retail and hospitality sector. Setting and exceeding expectations of all of my customers and ensuring that she is attentive along the way.
Heather moved into a contact centre role in 2019 and eventually gained a role as a regional recruiter, where she would provide recruitment and head-hunting services on an inhouse basis. This included providing permanent and temporary recruitment solutions to clients.
Recruitment life is different on the daily. I like the fact I can build on my skills to adapt and overcome (the many) challenges that comes in hand with the role! I love to create connections and ensures that I can go above and beyond to place them into a suitable role to help them excel.
I have just started my recruitment journey and I wanted to expand and enhance my skill set. I was approached by Gareth via LinkedIn and the opportunity just seemed too good to be true. I started to read into SRG and the team and eventually chose to take the leap to further my career in recruitment.
Outside of recruitment what is it you like to do?
I love to be outdoors, hiking or camping and genuinely just being around nature. I like to snowboard and skate, so if I am not saving up to go to the Alps, I’m at the indoor snowdome in Leeds! I am a big movie nerd and I love anything marvel or DC!
After the craziness of 2020 what do you want to see in 2021?
I would like to improve on and generate new skills that will help me succeed within this new career move. I would also like to help others get back on their feet after any damage C-19 has caused.
