Why Recruitment?

I have always wanted to work in an office environment with a friendly, hard-working team doing different tasks and focussing on improving the company each day. Most days I am either creating job adverts, posting news & updates throughout our social medias, working on future videos or even doing general office tasks such as registering candidates, taking phone calls etc. I love that I am able to learn and do several different tasks each day to improve our company’s online presence. It is always great to hear from new candidates and clients who have found Superior online!

Why Superior?

Ever since I left college I have been interested in digital marketing and knew that an apprenticeship was what I wanted to pursue. I saw an opportunity with Superior Recruitment Group and started to look more into the company, website and their current social medias. I discussed back and forth with Gareth & Kirsty and the role was exactly what I was looking for. I am trusted to have control over Superior’s social media accounts and come up with ideas to develop their online presence, all while working with a great supportive team and growing along side them.

Outside of recruitment what is it you like to do?

I have several interests outside of recruitment such as my love of video games, YouTube, movies, any action shows and music. I’m also a huge sports fan the main one being the NBA which I have been watching for the past decade. I like to learn and create various things with different software’s like videos, games, animations, banners, posters and lots more.

After the craziness of 2020 what do you want to see in 2021?

What I’m looking forward to in 2021 is developing our online presence through social media and seeing more people follow and engaging with Superior.
