Superior Role

My role within Superior Recruitment Group is Customer Care Representative. I will be keeping in touch with candidates on our database ensuring we have updated information to enable our Service Delivery Team to place candidates within roles.

Background

After leaving school I completed a Business Administration apprenticeship with a local Training Provider, after completion I began working there as Data and Compliance officer. Shortly after my placement, I moved over to resourcing, working to source IT Apprentices for clients in the London. After a year I decided to change and move into the energy sector, initially starting as a Project assistant working on heating grants for those in fuel poverty, eventually making my way to Compliance manager. I eventually moved back to the training and recruitment industry after two year and worked trying to help those who were unemployed or vulnerable find suitable work.

Why Recruitment?

I found myself in previous roles building bonds with candidates, I enjoyed seeing their journey from start to finish, which made me realise that getting back into recruitment was something that I really wanted to do.

Why Superior?

My previous role I began being more candidate focused, which made me want to get back into the recruitment side of things again. Gareth had a great opportunity available that allowed me to be more candidate focused allowing me to develop and understand the recruitment industry again.

Outside of work what do I do?

I spend majority of my time with my little girl, I’m a keen traveller. I’ve been lucky enough to visit some of the most beautiful places across the world. I’m also partial to a good pub quiz!

After the craziness of 2021 what do you want to see in 2022?

More positivity especially after the pandemic and learning to say yes to new things! I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds at superior.
