Joss has a background in customer service, face to face and call centre roles, ranging from tech support to financial assistance.

Why recruitment?

No two days are the same in recruitment, this industry always keeps me on my toes. It is constantly challenging and I never find myself bored.

Why Superior?

I found myself resonating positively with Superior's culture and team composition, I knew after my initial phone interview that this place would be a great place to work. I can really see this company helping me develop and improve myself.

Outside of recruitment what is it you like to do?

Spend time with friends, kayaking in the lake district with my partner, chill with my 3 rescue cats watching Disney movies.

After the craziness of lockdown what did you most look forward to in 2022?

Being able to go to the pub again and get back into the office environment!
