Superior Role

​Kirsty's role is to ensure the operational running of Superior Recruitment Group. This includes leading on QMS & auditing, maintaining our ISO accreditation, creating and updating our processes and policies, identifying development opportunities for our team and business and sitting on the Leadership Team which drives our company's vision and progression.


Kirsty joins us with over 13 years' administrative and quality experience from the legal and recruitment sectors.

Why Recruitment?

No day is ever the same in recruitment. I love working within the industry as you never know what the day is going to bring. I am able to switch between compliance, general office management, social media campaigns, training and even resourcing to suit the business need. I thrive on improving our business processes, seeing our Consultants succeed and hearing the happiness of candidates who have accepted their dream role.

Why Superior?

I was beginning to fall out of love with recruitment and I was considering my next career move when I came across Superior Recruitment Group. When I saw an Administrator role advertised, I reviewed Superior’s website, LinkedIn and even did a little digging on Gareth! The role seemed a little too good to be true but joining Superior was the best decision I have made in my career! I am trusted to have autonomy of my role and given the tools to further my career whilst working with a determined and fun team. Within 3 months of joining Superior, I was promoted to a management position and both myself and the team have flourished.

Best success since joining Superior?

There have been so many successes since joining Superior but my top 3 would be:-

  • Implementing new policies and procedures to streamline processes within the office and ultimately provide a better service to our clients and candidates

  • Taking responsibility of our QMS and ISO accreditation which resulted in a 100% pass rate when audited by QMS UK

  • Developing our website and social media, monitoring what content drives traffic and watching our visitors/followers multiply

Outside of recruitment what is it you like to do?

With 4 children and very hyper partner, I have my hands very full! We love to explore, movie nights and games (who can be quietest the longest counts…right?).I like to try my hand at DIY and little projects, admittedly it doesn’t always turn out as planned but it’s the thought that counts!

After the craziness of 2020 what do you want to see in 2021?

We have been very fortunate to be kept busy during 2020, however, I am looking forward to seeing our clients being able to move forward with projects postponed due to Covid-19 and in turn being able to place more candidates in new roles. With more placements comes more compliance and auditing, which I have to admit is my guilty pleasure!
