​Superior Role

​My role is to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Superior office. This includes administering payroll, completing compliance audits, raising contracts, dealing with general enquiries and supporting the Leadership Team with analytical data.

Background

I have joined superior recruitment after finishing my college course and decided to take a different route into administration.

Why Recruitment?

I have lots of experience within customer service and would like to utilise these skills within the recruitment industry. I am very organised, which will be beneficial to my role and can multitask in order to complete the numerous tasks I have to complete for the job. I look forward to being able to support people in securing their dream job.

Why Superior?

I was looking towards apprenticeships within administration, when I came across the advertisement for an apprentice administrator for Superior Recruitment Group and the role seemed perfect for me. I look forward to joining the team as they are very welcoming and looks like great fun.

Outside of recruitment what is it you like to do?

I enjoy socialising with friends and family. I also enjoy nature walks and exercising in my own time.

After the craziness of 2020 what do you want to see in 2021?

I am looking forward to learning new skills and becoming an important member of the team in order to benefit the business.
