​Background

I have 4 years' of Telesales experience working within the Gas and Electric industry. I began my career path in recruitment as a 360 Consultant but, after 12 months I decided to change my role and progress my skills to then become an Account Manager/Resourcer here at Superior!

Why Recruitment?

My main part which I love in recruitment is the help and support I give to candidates and clients! Not only are we changing lives but we are giving those out there new challenges, new opportunities and a new career path!

Everyday is a new connection and a new relationship which makes me feel like I have known them for a lifetime!

Why Superior?

I had taken thoughts to look for a change in my role and progress my skills to build a new path to lead me in the right direction in life. I made one phone call to discuss opportunities they may have within their business and this where it has all changed. I must say I love the team here and how great the company is!

Outside of Recruitment what is it you like to do?

I enjoy going out on long walks at the beach or country sides.

I spend a lot of time with my family and my little nephew who makes me happy.

I love the lakes and a good holiday and not to forget retail therapy to refresh myself! 😊

After the craziness of lockdown what do you want to see in 2022?

More holidays and more exploring as you can imagine we have all missed out on a lot due to COVID. Office life style is my go to as I love being within the team. I am excited to see what the future holds for me here at Superior!!
