Superior Role
Phil’s role is to provide recruitment and headhunting services to various clients within the Oil and Gas, Marine, and Energy Sectors. This includes providing permanent, contract, and temporary recruitment solutions to clients, with a focus on providing correct candidates with the first submission.
He is also responsible for networking, and winning new opportunities and clients via various channels.
As he comes from an Offshore Oil and Gas background, he brings valuable, first-hand knowledge and experience of the industry.
Background
Phil joins us with over 6 years’ experience within the Recruitment industry, and 4 years’ experience of working Offshore within the Oil and Gas industry.
From 2007 to 2010 I worked for Acergy as part of the project team on the back-deck of various vessels ranging from Rigid/Flexi pipe lay, construction vessels, to Dive/ROV support vessels.
I have hands on experience of working within the Energy sector, which has provided me with a fantastic understanding of what is required, and connections.
During my time with Acergy, I worked across the globe in locations such as North sea – both Norwegian and British sectors, The Danish Sea, Atlantic Ocean, Arctic Ocean, and Angola working on the Kizomba C Project.
