Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant on behalf of our client based in Boldon, Tyne & Wear. This is a full time permanent role.

  • Assisting the organisation of administrative tasks

  • Complete all necessary paperwork as requested

  • First port of call for answering incoming calls and distributing to relevant departments

  • Corresponding directly to customers and suppliers

  • Arranging service requests and breakdowns on site

  • General filing

  • Data Input

  • Other general administrative duties as required

  • General administration experience

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Good computer skills and confident with Microsoft packages

  • Communicates in a clear concise and professional manner

  • High attention to detail

  • Passionate about providing the best customer service experience
