Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant on behalf of our client based in Boldon, Tyne & Wear. This is a full time permanent role.
Assisting the organisation of administrative tasks
Complete all necessary paperwork as requested
First port of call for answering incoming calls and distributing to relevant departments
Corresponding directly to customers and suppliers
Arranging service requests and breakdowns on site
General filing
Data Input
Other general administrative duties as required
General administration experience
Excellent telephone manner
Good computer skills and confident with Microsoft packages
Communicates in a clear concise and professional manner
High attention to detail
Passionate about providing the best customer service experience
