Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced B2B Telesales Account Manager on behalf of our client based in Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. This is a full time permanent role based without our client's Newcastle office.
Our client is a supplier to Pharmacies, Medical & NHS Centres and Wholesalers throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. This position is for a confident and self-motivated individual to work within a busy team. We are looking for someone with experience who can work at a fast pace, and to keep up with our client's necessary targets and daily transactions and driving business forward. You will be working on growing the customer base and also growing existing accounts to strengthen business relationships. Working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
Contact potential and existing customers over the phone to sell products
Be able to build rapport and answer customer questions effectively
Act professionally and respectfully within the office and with customers
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Focus on continual professional development to maximise consistent sales
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is strongly preferred
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Working knowledge of using computer systems and Proficient in IT packages such as Microsoft Office/ Excel and Sage 50 Pro
Strong communication skills
Able to effectively multi-task and take responsibility for organising their own time
Ability to work independently
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them
