Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Change Manager on behalf of our client based in Glasgow. This is a full time staff position.
To oversee and control the risk and change management on the project on behalf of the PD and Commercial manager. The role is there to ensure that the client effectively and timeously manages change towards our client and to proposed changes from our Supply Chain such that the commercial and contractual integrity of the project is protected. In addition, this role will oversee the risk management and mitigation processes for the project and ensure risks are promptly and appropriately escalated within the organisation by clear reporting and escalation processes
Manage the risk management and change processes on the project to ensure the commercial and contractual integrity is maintained and company’s position is protected and optimised on the project
Identify and quantify all change events on the project and maintain a timeline (storyboard) of these events such that they can be discussed and agreed with client and resolved, as required, with Supply Chain
Undertake regular review and update of the risk and opportunity matrix to ensure the matrix is a live and useful document to maintaining the progress and compliance of the project
Lead the project team members in identifying and quantifying change events and/or emergent risks and appropriate mitigation action
Work with the project Commercial lead to quantify change and prepare Compensation Events request
Be an active part of the project leadership team and work to ensure a ‘no surprises’ culture for the project
Liaise with 3rd party QS to review change potential via the NEC3 Type A contract in place for the project.
