​Superior Recruitment Group are looking for a Communications Advisor for a staff position, immediate start.

 

Promote external awareness of CLIENT including maintaining the CLIENT LinkedIn profile and any other social media platforms. Build awareness of CLIENT with industry, media and potential future stakeholders/ customers.

Provide guidance and support to Managers in delivery of internal and external communications

Produce timely and accurate internal communication material including CLIENT Newsletter, updates to HSE incidents, general information to employees, corporate videos

Collaborate with HSE department to create videos/learning from incidents including creating the storyboard, directing others to do the filming, and editing the video

Make recommendations for attendance or organise any events as required (can be external or staff events depending on requirements). Support the business at external Conferences & Exhibitions. Make recommendations for Award Entries and then communicate these

Maintain the CLIENT brand and encourage departments/managers are consistent with the CLIENT branding/messaging

Facilitates large internal events including Town/Village Halls, Offshore Roadshows, team-building events

Conceives, plans and delivers internal events that support employee engagement objectives i.e. celebrations, lunch & learns, health & wellbeing initiatives, corporate charity/challenge events
