Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Customer Care & Internal Sales Co-ordinator for our client based in Elland, UK. This is a full time staff role.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Engage with Customers via phone and email re Quotes, Sales Orders and general sales and customer service enquiries

  • Accurate and timely

  • Response to Customer requests for Quotes

  • System entry of Sales Orders

  • Response to general Customer enquiries

  • Outbound Customer contact as part of sales campaigns

  • Handling of Customer complaints

  • Adherence to agreed processes and Quality systems

Experience / Skills required for this role:

Experience:

  • Significant time spent working as part of a customer care/service team handling sales related customer contact via telephone and email

  • Complaint handling

Skills:

  • Confident in engaging with customers via phone and email

  • Accurate data entry

  • Attention to detail

Job Dimensions:

  • Member of a small team – ca. 8 FTE

  • No line management responsibility

  • Multiple customer phone / email queries per day
