​Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative on behalf of our client based in Englewood, Colorado. This is a full time staff position.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and direct customers to correct contact and/or assist them

  • Receive customer purchase orders – check details and enter into ERP system

  • Liaise closely with customers, proactively keeping them updated about the status of their orders, building solid business relationships and delivering total customer satisfaction

  • Resolve any issues in a friendly, polite, focused and professional manner

  • Liaise with carriers to arrange transport /milk runs of hazardous and non-hazardous products for both bulk and packaged goods products

  • Liaise with freight and logistics coordinator when arranging export orders

  • Liaise with planning/manufacturing and warehouses to organize product collection and dispatch readiness

  • Liaise closely with the sales force to compliment the delivery of customer satisfaction

  • Liaise with technical to ensure chemical compatibility and assist with customer questions

  • Accompany Sales Managers on customer visits as and when required, bringing the customer care slant to any discussions (how can we improve our service?)

  • Responsible for recording and handling of all customer complaints

  • Management of customer pricing, which includes direct liaison with Sales and/or Business Managers, as well as input into the ERP system

  • Adhere to company processes, procedures and protocols including compliance

  • Raise and issue documentation (COA, SDS, PDS, etc.) in line with customers’ needs

  • Manage customer inventories and proactively plan timely and economical deliveries for both our client and customer

  • Available for after hour assistance as needed

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education preferred

  • Export experience

  • Strong attention to detail, problem solving and decision making skills

  • Solid computer, grammar and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced work environment

  • Works well both independently and within a team environment
