Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Document Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Glasgow. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role is primarily to provide Document Control/Document Management services to a significant value project in the Renewables sector. The job is working within an Engineering & Manufacturing SME. The role will report direct to the Project Manager and take full responsibility for the DC/DM activities regarding both inbound and outbound documents and communications across the project.
Manage all document management activities in line with project needs and as-specified by the Client Contractual requirements.
Full responsibility for the DC/DM activities regarding both inbound and outbound documents and communications across the project.
Become, if not already, proficient in ProjectWise DCMS and be the key DC/DM link with clients and other stakeholders on the project
Provide full project and technical admin support to the project team
Ensure all documents are properly controlled, recorded and transmitted without delay at all times
Be internal custodian of the key project documents and communications
Undertake any ad-hoc project duties as assigned
