Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Electrical Control & Instrumentation Engineer on behalf of our client based in Stockton on Tees. This is a full time staff position.
Primary purpose of role –
Complete assigned secondments to provide professional electrical engineering support to px sites in the UK, overseas and off-shore, supporting and delivering asset integrity, reliability, statutory compliance and improvement. To achieve this through the safe, efficient delivery of projects, outage planning and coordination, improvements, consultancy, training and due diligence in line with business requirements.
Major Duties
In line with secondment requirements, set, implement and maintain effective electrical, control & instrumentation engineering systems, strategies, projects and processes ensuring required performance and compliance are delivered and maintained.
Ensure technical documentation (procedures, drawings, instructions, guidance, systems,) are accurately and consistently sourced, stored, updated, and communicated.
Assist in providing functional design specifications on agreed existing and new assets.
Complete assigned audits communicating outcomes and driving actions.
Provide support to others including central contact and information point on designated matters, delivering technical training and coaching to support competence.

Essential
HNC/ equivalent in electrical and electronic engineering or instrumentation and control disciplines.
Advanced apprenticeship in electrical and/or instrumentation engineering and/or maintenance.
