Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced ERP Support Manager on behalf of our client based in The Woodlands, Texas. This is a full time staff position.
High level functional knowledge of Dynamics GP/Great Plains and D365FS to offer 2nd line support, understanding of intermediary software
Build and configure SQL server back end and Microsoft terminal server client front end infrastructure, with strong TSQL skills
Support consolidation and reporting of Management Reporter software
Implement, administer and customise as required and approved in D365Field Service including mobile app
Build and maintain relationships with users, wider ERP support team and external support representatives
Triage tickets and aim to resolve with the user group and finding root causes, escalating to external support when needed.
Raise and manage tickets with support partner with regular calls, project support on larger developments
Work in conjunction with service desk and infrastructure teams as required
Support SOx compliance requirements
Cultural fit to the business is critical – working for a global business
You would be part of the Global IT team representing ERP
It would be nice to be from an Oil & Gas sector employer but not essential
Eventually transitioning to SAP
Experience and Qualifications
Microsoft ERP service management experience (GP or D365 Field Services essential) (3 years), Familiarity with Scribe and D365 Mobile app or Resco Mobile App is a Plus
SQL experience (+4 years)
Advanced and demonstrable C# .net SQL skills
Professional with excellent communication skills
Power BI/ Power platform expertise (3 yrs +)
Fully familiar with SOx compliance requirements
Bachelors Degree in business, computer science or equivalent
