​I am hiring internally for our business here at Superior Recruitment Group in our beautiful new offices at Jupiter house, Sunderland (SR5 2TA) overlooking the river. This is a newly created role and the title is "Head of Internal Talent Acquisition".

Superior are a recruitment agency that have since its conception in 2019 carried out recruitment campaigns in 16 countries, placing 1000s of people into temporary and permanent roles and now have offices in Sunderland (HQ), Philippines and our business is set up in Delaware, United States.

We were runners up for the High Growth & Ambition award in the summer, we will turnover £10m this financial year and have grown from 6 staff in January to 20 and we plan on another 15 key hires (minimum) in 2023 across the UK and the Unites States.

The Role

  • There is no sales in this role, what we require is someone who is used to finding quality talent, Superior want to hire Sales teams and "360* Recruitment specialists" to open further divisions, grow our existing divisions and hire "Superior" recruitment professionals.

  • We have an excellent reputation in the industry but not enough people and clients know who we are, by hiring excellent sales/recruitment people this will help grow our brand and our footprint in both geographical regions.

  • You will be proficient in using LinkedIn, we will provide the premium package to help cast your net wide in your approach. We have several other pieces of "tech" that will help you stand out in your recruitment approach.

  • You will speak to candidates local to our Tyne and Wear region, up and down the country and then also in the United States.

  • You will reach out to candidates about our opportunities internally, discuss the benefits and career potential with a career at Superior, you will be our company ambassador in recruiting new talent.

  • While you do not need to have come from the recruitment agency world you will need a recruitment background, we are completely open to sector and industry.

  • This is a full time role and the successful candidate should have ambitions to build a tea under them once gaining success in the role.

  • Salary is up to £30k depending on experience, 37.5 hour week, laptop and mobile phone provided.

  • A bonus scheme is also in place, £500 for every hire you make that passes probation then £500 end of year bonus for every hire who hits their annual target.
