​Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced HSEQ Partner on behalf of our client based in Aberdeen. This is a full time permanent role.

The Position

The role of a HSE&Q Partner is to be a key partner for our departments in the UK. You will in the position work to ensure safe project execution, contributing to increased safety awareness. You will furthermore head up the UK business on our Quality aspects, implementation of Group processes and work procedures, external audits, GDPR compliance as well as handle Logistics for some of our projects. You will become part of the UK Oil & Gas management team, and will report directly to the Managing Director. As part of the company you will also engage in the global matrix organisation, and will on an ongoing basis be involved with the HSE&Q team in our various locations, especially Denmark, where our corporate HSE&Q director are located.

Your tasks and responsibilities

The position enhance close involvement with both on- and offshore personnel being able to continuously provide feedback on HSE&Q initiatives and spot and initiate new HSE solutions & campaigns. You will have daily interaction and communication regarding HSE&Q execution and improvements with internal and external partners. You will also take part in the work we do with our partners, being our representative on the HSE&Q elements. You will also head up our Quality elements and procedures and certifications in the UK, act as the GDPR compliance officer and be responsible for Logistics (goods) for our office in Aberdeen.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Communication of HSE initiatives with on- and offshore personnel

  • Communication and coordination of HSE initiatives according to approved HSE plan

  • Coordinate the HSE work in close corporation with the clients

  • Reporting of HSE data and other project data monthly

  • Participation in risk analysis and investigations

  • Set up preventive HSE activities on basis of data, input, and other information

  • Ensure compliance with Group Quality procedures

  • Take lead on Quality audits and certifications

  • Act as our client's compliance officer within GDPR

  • Being responsible for logistics in our business unit in Aberdeen

To succeed in this position, we expect that you have:

  • Min. 3 years of experience from a similar position within HSE&Q and Logistics - preferably with a technical background

  • You have safety coaching skills and know when to apply these to improve performance

  • You are familiar with major accident hazards, key safety legislation/regulations and process safety management

  • Experience with implementation of Quality procedures and audits

  • Excellent skills in writing and speech English

  • Experience in Microsoft Office
