​Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Internal Recruitment Lead on behalf of our client based in Aberdeen. This is a full time permanent role.

This role will be responsible for the full recruitment process for all levels of candidate within the business up to Director level.

We are looking for a credible and focussed individual who is experienced in recruitment at a senior/lead level.

The role will require the successful candidate to work with our client's directors, senior managers and managers on workforce planning, building solid working relationships and business knowledge to deliver recruitment solutions for various levels of position. Experience in building talent pipelines is very desirable.

My client operates within the Oil and Gas Sector, and has recently expanded into the Hydrogen and CCSU.

Hybrid working, 2 days per week from home is available if desired.

Recruitment & Selection

  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with line managers across the business, gaining a sound understanding of their team job role requirements in order to provide credible recruitment advice based on business & industry knowledge.

  • Meet regularly with key line managers to discuss workforce planning within their teams to allow for proactive recruitment forecasting.

  • Where requirements are identified, advise on filling skills gaps either from within the existing team, elsewhere across the organisation or by recruiting.

  • Assist line managers in defining their requirements and provide assistance in drafting job descriptions and gaining required internal approvals for the recruitment process.

  • Guide managers through the recruitment process and their responsibilities within the process.

  • In conjunction with the Hiring Manager, consider the best sources to generate interest in the vacancy and suitable candidates.

  • Define and document a hiring strategy for each open vacancy with allocated actions and timelines.
