​Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced M&E Estimator on behalf of our client based in Gateshead. This is a full time permanent role.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend initial brief with the client/ Project Manager to gain an understanding of all budget related matters

  • Review and analyse client tenders/employers requirements

  • Actively seek competitive quotes from sub-contractors/suppliers

  • Assess sub-contractor quotes and return with any inconsistencies

  • Attending client meetings, contractor & site visits as required by PM

  • Reporting tender submission proposals and deliverables

  • Develop and maintain strong client/supplier relationships

Qualifications & Training:

  • Higher level qualification in a relevant subject

  • Ability to interface with people including customer staff at all levels

  • Full UK Driving Licence

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

  • The ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

  • Outstanding customer service skills

  • A friendly and professional telephone manner

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

  • Strong attention to detail
