Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced M&E Estimator on behalf of our client based in Gateshead. This is a full time permanent role.
Responsibilities:
Attend initial brief with the client/ Project Manager to gain an understanding of all budget related matters
Review and analyse client tenders/employers requirements
Actively seek competitive quotes from sub-contractors/suppliers
Assess sub-contractor quotes and return with any inconsistencies
Attending client meetings, contractor & site visits as required by PM
Reporting tender submission proposals and deliverables
Develop and maintain strong client/supplier relationships
Qualifications & Training:
Higher level qualification in a relevant subject
Ability to interface with people including customer staff at all levels
Full UK Driving Licence
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
The ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Outstanding customer service skills
A friendly and professional telephone manner
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Strong attention to detail
