​Superior have a unique and rare opportunity to join our business internally as a Marketing & Strategy specialist.

We are a recruitment agency who work in the UK and international markets, we have recently launched into the US market also and have created this very unique role. The role is split into 2 components:

Immediate focus:

We have invested in some very exciting technology and apps that allow us to reach potential clients that may normally be hard to reach. You will help build marketing campaigns, largely by email to clients in North America and use marketing tools and applications to channel well written and tailored pitches to C-Suite and high level stakeholders with the view to securing recruitment opportunities. Experience of B2B or C2C marketing campaigns with measurable success is critical.

Superior have access to data that shows companies that have secured Series A and B seed-funding and therefore have capital to invest in building their teams for their investors.

You will be responsible for creating well written content, short enough to gain their attention to be intrigued by what we offer. With training provided you will be able to market our products and services in fine detail to the audience being targeted.

Attention to detail and multitasking is critical. Data will come from many sources and will need to be recorded accurately and compliantly as well as plugged into our sales funnels that automate the campaigns. Highly skilled in Microsoft outlook is a must, not essential but knowledge of Lusha, Sourcewhale, ZoomInfo would be advantageous, full training is provided on using these programmes. LinkedIn is also a tool you would be using daily pushing Superior’s brand out daily.

Superior only make money by winning clients, we are still a believer in phone calls, but recognise that Marketing automation is being used by many of our competitors to more effectively market on multiple channels online and automate repetitive tasks. From successful B2B campaigns you will help diary manage appointments in the MD and Sales teams diaries from companies and prospects that are interested in our services as a result of your campaigns. You are NOT required to sell on the phone or cold call in anyway, its the management and creation of email campaigns, superb attention to detail on data updating CRM's and marketing and automation campaigns.

Icing on the cake?

For this part of the role we are adding a commission scheme in place, for every new company that is secured as a client (someone we raise an invoice to) you will get, per client anywhere between £250-£1000 per company you have successfully marketed to (all via email)

Mid-long and ongoing focus:

Along with the above there are longer term projects that need support on, in conjunction with the marketing campaigns above.

these include but are not limited to Superior website development, branding, marketing materials, general marketing of our brand, our people on social media. Expanding our social media footprint, attending Expo’s, organising webinars and events for our candidates or clients. Client entertainment will also be required and some travel will be critical also when needed, albeit not a lot.

Despite the focus being on the USA market, your role would be UK hours, 8.30-5pm, Monday to Thursday, 9-3pm Friday. The icing on the cake for this role is you will be eligible for commission. We reward our team for bringing new clients that turn into invoices, we would install a very attractive commission scheme for every new client we successfully turn into an invoice that was initiated from your campaigns.
