Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Performance Leader on behalf of our client based in Aberdeen. This is a full time permanent role.
Our client is looking for a performance leader to support and enforce their Safety Culture Programme and HSE project objectives and directives and to manage all activities performed on its assets.
Details/duties:
Provide safety leadership across all contract activities and act as the role model for preferred safety behaviour.
The efficient running of the activities on the operated assets
Effective Management to increase Performance of aging Assets
Actively manage the performance of Planning and Scheduling of the Asset
Accountability for Backlog and Fore log management
Manage performance KPI’s in accordance with ongoing contracts
Perform GAP Analysis across Plan Execution and Attainment
Monitor efficiency across Campaign Modules
Engage in continuous improvements to streamline Planning, Scheduling, Maintenance Management
Ensure all methods are used on the Asset for work preparation, progress reporting and timekeeping.
Maintain regular offshore sites visits to promote safety, performance and onshore offshore relationship.
Participate as required in accident and incident investigations.
Qualification / Experience required
Proven oil & gas industry experience in a similar position
Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Honours or above), Professional/Chartered Engineer (preferred)
Required training to go offshore
Oil and Gas Maintenance activities experience
Skills in managing teams in an offshore environment
Excellent communication skills
