Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of our client based in Glasgow. This is a full time staff position.
Purpose of the Role:
Managing multiple projects concurrently with responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of projects
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Facilitate the definition and develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical compliance with clients and certification bodies.
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders and report on a regular basis
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
In addition, you will carry out any other duties that reasonably and naturally fall within your role and which the Company deems you to be competent to undertake.
