  • Close collaboration with PM and project team

  • Close collaboration with key sub-contractors/suppliers to marry their schedules into the master schedule.  Manage the inputs required and timelines for this from the suppliers

  • Close collaboration with client planner(s) so the schedules are incorporated into the overall project plan

The Candidate

  • Must have prior experience on significant projects (eg Values >£20m)

  • Preferred is expertise in Primavera P6 but would consider advanced level MSP in lieu of that

  • Proactive and forward focused, not just compiling reports that tell me what has happened 3 weeks ago.

  • Must be hands on within the project team, with a ‘walk the job’ approach and not just emails and schedule updating.  Go see the work being done!

  • Capable of establishing schedules to level 3 at least, breaking out task lists by discipline for each week and issuing/monitoring those.
