We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants & Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our team based in Sunderland on a permanent full time basis.
As this is a 360 role, it will involve sales, cold calling and candidate sourcing. Candidates must therefore have experience within a 360 role previously.
Minimum 2 years 360 Recruitment Consultant experience within the recruitment industry
Proven track record in sales and candidate sourcing
Can demonstrate business acumen
Experience within permanent or temporary recruitment
