We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants & Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our team based in Sunderland on a permanent full time basis.

As this is a 360 role, it will involve sales, cold calling and candidate sourcing. Candidates must therefore have experience within a 360 role previously.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years 360 Recruitment Consultant experience within the recruitment industry

  • Proven track record in sales and candidate sourcing

  • Can demonstrate business acumen

  • Experience within permanent or temporary recruitment

Working Hours

  • Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm

  • Friday 9am - 3pm
