Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Repair Order Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Aberdeen. This is a full time 1 year Fixed Term Contract.
Details/duties:
Interface with Focal Point, Engineering, Offshore Construction, Planning and Shutdown Teams
Prioritisation, Co-ordination, Preparation, Planning, and Implementation of Repair Order Work Orders
Provide Construction Engineering technical expertise to the Repair Order team
Determine solutions to Piping and Structural Repair Orders from Construction Perspective
Development, Co-ordination, and Checking of Construction Work packs
Preparation and Checking of Procurement Documentation, request quotations, place fabrication POs
Place Vendor Service Requests, engagement, and co-ordination of Vendors onshore and offshore.
Use of SAP Unisol and Microsoft office.
Qualifications/Experience required:
Proven work experience in a similar position
Strong proficiency in engineering and construction
Experience in UKCS Oil & Gas industry
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal & written
Strong interpersonal skills, building and maintain relationships
SAP Unisol preferred.
Technical HSE awareness
