​Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Sales Executive on behalf of our client based in Southampton. This is a full time permanent position.

The Role

  • Ensure that the site is fully let for the maximum number of week

  • Identifying key contacts within the City who could benefit from services.

  • Building good relationships with these contacts to close sales opportunities

  • Engaging with potential tenants to encourage them to visit and tour our facilities, before closing sales

  • Providing sales training to other members of the team, including viewings and closing sales through follow up

  • Responsible for the inventory and upkeep of all show accommodation

  • Managing the occupancy and allocations to ensure our client meets their customer's requirements

  • Responsibility for maximising revenues by promoting upselling

  • Drive sales through excellent customer service and delivery of activities that encourage rebooking.

  • The nature of the role means that you may be required to work outside of usual office hours. Travel may be required.

The Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer led sales and marketing environment

  • Ideally experience in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry, Property, Youth Market or Academic Field

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels

  • Good understanding of Social Media Platforms and how they can be utilised to create engagement

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Good speaking and writing skills
