Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Sales Executive on behalf of our client based in Southampton. This is a full time permanent position.
Ensure that the site is fully let for the maximum number of week
Identifying key contacts within the City who could benefit from services.
Building good relationships with these contacts to close sales opportunities
Engaging with potential tenants to encourage them to visit and tour our facilities, before closing sales
Providing sales training to other members of the team, including viewings and closing sales through follow up
Responsible for the inventory and upkeep of all show accommodation
Managing the occupancy and allocations to ensure our client meets their customer's requirements
Responsibility for maximising revenues by promoting upselling
Drive sales through excellent customer service and delivery of activities that encourage rebooking.
The nature of the role means that you may be required to work outside of usual office hours. Travel may be required.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer led sales and marketing environment
Ideally experience in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry, Property, Youth Market or Academic Field
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all levels
Good understanding of Social Media Platforms and how they can be utilised to create engagement
Excellent organisational skills
Good speaking and writing skills
