​Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Sales Executive in staffing services.

We are into our 3rd year of trading from the UK and cumulatively have generated revenues of nearly $10m which does include spot business with some USA and Canadian clients. We have two USA MSA’s in place already. We set our business up in Delaware in 2018 are we are ready to launch our US strategy until Covid struck, but feel now is the best time to revisit and commit to its launch and success.

Our first hire in the USA is our most critical one. This person will, upon being successful, eventually lead this part of our group and ultimately in time be our North American Regional Vice President. Equity options are part of this deal subject to hitting year one targets and KPI’s with very generous commission schemes in place.

Our long-term vision is 3-5 staff, in 3-5 offices, in 3-5 states, in 3-5 years. It is ambitious but achievable if we get the key hires in place to start this. Salary is negotiable depending on your background, success and track record. Getting the right person is more important than any salary. A full commission scheme is also on offer from day one!

Our First hire’s responsibility will be to

  • Target and successfully win clients to work with Superior

  • You should have a track record of retaining business and winning new opportunities to maximise revenue and growth.

  • Be a self-starter, hungry, driven, and ambitious

  • Have bounce-back ability – not every day is great!

  • First class at networking and picking up a phone to strangers to successfully convince them you/Superior are the go-to staffing firm in the region

  • In time, manage an extensive client base

  • Have the ability to cross and upsell

  • Gain knowledge to counter sell against your competition

  • Drive strategy and growth, formulate sales plans and execute them

  • Be connected to stakeholders and key contacts in the sector

  • Have detailed knowledge of selling recruitment solutions including permanent placements, also be very beneficial to have knowledge in selling retained and executive searches

  • Be committed, and focused to the companies ethos and ambitions to create a business that becomes a preferred, professional partner to our clients.

  • Be prepared to travel initially across the state of Texas to meet clients and pitch services

  • Energy & Technology – our business and owners have over 50 years history of recruitment solutions with a large majority in the Oil and Gas sector, and wider energy divisions such as renewable energy, and power.

  • Technology & IT – its no secret digital transformation is at the forefront of many businesses right now so the need for tech talent is getting hotter ad hotter by the day.

Who will you be working for?

My background is 20 years in the staffing industry. I previously built a $14m turnover US business for former business partners but left as I didn’t own any of the company, hence setting up Superior Recruitment Group.

In the previous business I won very high profile preferred supplier agreements with major players, grew an office in Houston, Oklahoma, Gainesville and Texas. I have many years of national and international recruitment services, winning and servicing and have supplied and supported candidates/clients in over 90 countries during my career. I have travelled to 50+ countries to win business. It is now time for Superior to grow and become the best new staffing firm in the sector.

You will have my full support to make this a success, you have the full resource team in the UK to support in helping fill roles you bring in until the business is ready to bring in your first hire in the USA once levels of business suffice.
