​Superior Recruitment Group are looking for an experienced Senior Business Manager - Oil & Gas for our client based in Aberdeen, UK.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for proper use of SAP company activities

  • Supervise the monthly invoicing process (To the customer and within partner)

  • Coordinate HR and Personal logistic to ensure service continuity to end client

  • Coordinate with procurement department and operational teams to ensure on due time delivery of required material on the assets

  • Manage with team any issues raised by the office building (Maintenance, IT…)

  • Prepare cost analysis

  • Supervise procurement activity

 

Role description:

  • Supervise the teams of business support staff

  • Responsible for providing quality service for facilities management

  • Look into the legal obligations relating to contractual relationships with client and ensure that the obligations are met

  • Overlook the relation with sub-contractors

  • Accountable for correct use of project methods for HR, personnel logistic and procurement

  • Provide guidance and financial planning to company

  • Provide documentation support, procedure, and financial initiatives for the business

  • Responsible for the administration of the Project

  • Support the budget, the auditing process, the training, and the coordination of projects

  • Implement and maintain a just culture when openness and honesty are encouraged, which will stimulate change and improvement.
