Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for proper use of SAP company activities
Supervise the monthly invoicing process (To the customer and within partner)
Coordinate HR and Personal logistic to ensure service continuity to end client
Coordinate with procurement department and operational teams to ensure on due time delivery of required material on the assets
Manage with team any issues raised by the office building (Maintenance, IT…)
Prepare cost analysis
Supervise procurement activity
Role description:
Supervise the teams of business support staff
Responsible for providing quality service for facilities management
Look into the legal obligations relating to contractual relationships with client and ensure that the obligations are met
Overlook the relation with sub-contractors
Accountable for correct use of project methods for HR, personnel logistic and procurement
Provide guidance and financial planning to company
Provide documentation support, procedure, and financial initiatives for the business
Responsible for the administration of the Project
Support the budget, the auditing process, the training, and the coordination of projects
Implement and maintain a just culture when openness and honesty are encouraged, which will stimulate change and improvement.
