Superior Recruitment Group are supporting a major client based in Aberdeen with their recruitment of a Subsea and Pipeline Engineer.
This is a Permanent position, and will support onshore, offshore, and Subsea Projects.
Primary purpose of role:
It is the responsibility of the Subsea and Pipeline Engineer to support the Lead Subsea and Pipeline Engineer in the safe and efficient management of onshore and offshore pipeline networks ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company procedures.
Responsibilities include:
Contract Management for subsea works and routine engineering assessments
Collection of the integrity data and keeping the record of Safety Critical Element performance standard compliance, integrity reviews, inspection deferrals etc
Development of routine reports as determined from time to time as per client request
Management and maintenance of the NEXUS IC system used for the integrity management of offshore pipelines
Maintain an understanding of various codes such as CDM, PSR, PSSR, GSMR etc for the safe management of the pipe network as well as projects associated with the pipeline network
Presenting the annual integrity status to HSE
Requirements:
Degree qualified in Mechanical or Civil Discipline
