Our Most Successful Recruitment Day Yet!!
Superior Recruitment Group and RelyOn Nutec recently held two joint recruitment days in Aberdeen and Teesside, offering new opportunities for those looking to join the Oil & Gas, and Renewable Energy sectors. With the skills shortage in both sectors becoming increasingly apparent, the recruitment days offered a chance for potential candidates to find out more about the roles available and the training and development opportunities that come along with them.
The recruitment days were designed to provide candidates with a platform to explore the variety of roles and skill sets needed in the industry, as well as the chance to gain insight into the training and development programs available. RelyOn Nutec, as a leading training provider, was also on hand to provide advice and guidance on the qualifications and skills required to pursue a career in the industry.
The recruitment days provided a platform for potential candidates to speak directly to recruitment experts and employers, as well as to gain insight into the roles, responsibilities, and rewards of a career in the oil and gas or renewable energy sectors. During the recruitment days, candidates had the opportunity to discuss and explore the range of roles available and the training and development programs available to them.
